How do I make an enquiry?
Enquiries can be made at our studio Monday – Friday before 13.00 or by email. If you have not used our services before we do recommend visiting our studio to discuss your requirements & the services we offer.

How quickly will you get back to me by email?
We will always aim to get back to you within the working day, if you provide us with all the information required for your enquiry we will be able to respond quicker.

How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed at our studio Monday – Friday before 13.00 by email or Wetransfer.com only.

Is there a minimum order charge?
Yes, our minimum order charges are; Email £10 & Studio £5.

Can I send artwork via Wetransfer?
Yes, use our dedicated link to transfer your artwork:

Order details must be provided.

Can I share artwork via Google or Dropbox?
No, artwork accepted via USB device, email or Wetransfer.com only.

Can I add to my order?
No, once your order has been accepted it is not possible to update or add to your order.

How many orders can I place at a time?
Customers must collect & pay for outstanding orders before placing new orders. See terms & conditions.

How long will my order take to complete?
Our turnaround time is 1 – 2 working days, please allow us a minimum of 24 hours to complete your order.

Can I place my order at the studio after 13.00?
Due to high demand during our busy months, March, April, May & June we do not accept studio orders after 13.00.

When do I pay?
Payment on collection by cash or card only. Orders over £50.00 settled in advance.

Can I pay by card?
Yes, we accept all major debit & credit cards with the exception of American Express.

Do you deliver?
No, we are collections only from our studio.

Do you print on recycled paper?
Yes, we have a wide range of 100% recycled & sustainably sourced papers available. For full details about our papers see Set-up.

Can I print on my own paper?
No, in order to protect the quality of our printing machines we only print on papers supplied by ourselves.

Do you post paper samples?
No, our paper samples are only available from our studio.

What is your largest print size?
Our largest print size is A1 (594mm x 841mm).

What is your smallest print size?
Our smallest print or trim size is Business Card (55mm x 86mm).

What is your largest double sided print size?
Our largest double sided print size is 297mm x 420mm.

Do you offer custom print sizes?
Yes, custom print sizes are available within our A sizes. Provide measurements in mm only.

Can I include multiple designs within my order?
Yes, Fine Art Giclée, A1, A2, A3 & A4 orders can have multiple designs within your order.
A5, A6, A7, DL, Business Cards & Folded, Prices are for 1 or 2 designs (50/50 split) only. Prices for unique designs & bespoke quantities available on enquiry.

What is a Giclée print?
The word Giclée (“g-clay”) is used to describe a fine art digital printing process combining pigment inks with high quality 100% cotton archival papers to achieve prints of superior light fastness & archival stability. 

Is there a minimum order charge?
Yes, our minimum order charge for fine art giclée is £12.

Is there a minimum order size?
Yes, our minimum order size for fine art giclée is A4 (smaller designs can be laid up within our A sizes for customers to trim).

Do you offer discount for multiple Fine Art Giclée orders?
No, due to material & production costs we do not offer discount for fine art giclée orders.

Can I include multiple designs within my order?
Yes, fine art giclée orders can have multiple designs within your order. A4 Giclée prints available in multiples of 2 per paper only (same or different artwork).

What is your Business Card size?
Our business card size is 55mm x 86mm (International size).

What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity due to set up & finishing is 50 x cards.

Can I include multiple designs within my order?
Yes, prices are for 1 or 2 designs (50/50 split) only. Prices for unique designs & bespoke quantities available on enquiry.

Do you offer Business Card design service?
Yes, we offer a full design & artwork service, see FAQ for design brief requirements, see Design for full details about our creative services.

How do I provide my artwork for folded?
Export your folded artwork in printers spreads. See Set-up for artwork information & requirements.

Can I include multiple designs within my order?

We require:

How do I provide my artwork for Booklet printing?
Export your booklet artwork in single pages for us to impose or in printers spreads. See Set-up for artwork information & requirements.

What type of binding do you offer?
We offer folded & stapled booklets or wire bound pages. We also offer unfinished signature booklet printing.

What is your largest Booklet size?
Our largest booklet page size is A4 portrait, we also offer A5 portrait & A5 landscape sizes. Custom sizes within these sizes also available.

What is your maximum finished Booklet page count?
Our maximum folded & stapled booklet page count is 80 pages.

Can I use different papers within my Booklet?
Yes, booklets are available same paper or weight throughout or with heavier weight cover pages. See Set-up for paper details.

Will the cost per Booklet be reduced the more I print?
Yes, the cost per booklet will be reduced for larger print runs.

How do I place a design order?
We will require a brief. A short synopsis of the project, and what you would like to achieve. Creating a mood board, can be a helpful start. We will organise a telephone call or in person meeting before starting a new brief.

How do I place an artwork order?
If you have all of the elements for your project including logos, images, text and design guidelines. This will be classed as an artwork brief.

How do I supply my information for artwork or design?
Where possible please supply:
1. Company guidelines
2. Text unformatted in a word document or email
3. High resolution images, logos provided as jpegs or ai. files

Can I use the designs you have created online?
Yes, we can save your designs for print and web use including social media.

What is your largest scan size?
Our largest scan size is A2.

What resolution are your scans?
Our document scans are 300dpi, our high resolution scans are available up to 600dpi.

What are your scanning requirements?
Provide all artwork for scanning unframed & unmounted.

What colour profile should I use?
For best results provide all artwork for colour printing in CMYK. See Set-up for colour information.

What file formats do you accept?
Artwork accepted in PDF or JPG formats only. See Set-up for file saving information.

We will ensure that all information provided on our website is correct and up to date. We update information on a regular basis & all information is correct at the point of entering. We reserve the right to amend prices or withdraw products from the site at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for withdrawing a product. All prices are exclusive of VAT at the current rate. We endeavour to provide comprehensive product & turn around information, however it is intended as a guide only.

Orders
We cannot accept your order if your order instructions are incomplete or artwork received is not print ready. We will always advise customers if artwork provided is not print ready & can only advise on print set up requirements.

Students
So we can offer you the best possible service & advice on artwork set up this service is available at our studio before 13.00 only & not by email. We will always advise customers if artwork provided is not print ready & can only advise on print set up requirements.

Resale
We are not a trade print company but we are happy to work with customers who resell our printing. To keep production time & material wastage to a minimum, our terms & conditions are:
1. Minimum email order charge £10 (Giclée £12)
2. 1 order per working week only for A4 & A3 prints (no artwork additions or updates after order has been accepted)
3. Artwork & complete instructions must be provided with each order, we do not store artwork from previous orders (unless created by ourselves)
4. We cannot accept your order if your order instructions are incomplete or artwork received is not print ready. We will always advise customers if artwork provided is not print ready & can only advise on print set up requirements
5. We can accommodate 2 orders per week for A4 & A3 prints for regular customers during their busy periods by prior arrangement only
